College tour Rotterdam On Monday 19 June, State Secretary Alexandra van Huffelen (BZK), Minister Robbert Dijkgraaf (OCW) and Minister Karien van Gennip (SZW) will be present. During this meeting, they would like to talk to 100 (school-age and working) young people and (young) adults (18-40 years) with an Afro-Caribbean background, about the effect of the slavery past in the present
Come join us! Come with your class, colleagues or friends. This is the event where you can share your experiences with discrimination, racism and anti-black racism. You can ask questions to the ministers and the State Secretary responsible for policy in the field of education, social affairs and the relationship between the Netherlands and the Caribbean islands. The ministers would like to talk to you and want to know what is going on among young people. They would also like to hear what ideas (young) adults with Afro-Caribbean background have about what is needed to successfully participate, learn, study and/or work in the Netherlands.
