Do you ever ask yourself this question: Prejudices, do I have any? The answer is a resounding "yes". Everyone has prejudices. From childhood, you are exposed daily to all kinds of associations about groups of people. All these messages, online, on TV, in educational materials and in newspapers make us have assumptions about people and their characteristics related to age, gender, religion, ethnicity or disability. These are often unconscious biases. Wondering to what extent you might be influenced by bias?
